Refund Policy

LoadCalcPro X memberships provide access to online calculation software. If you experience a billing problem, duplicate charge, or access issue, contact us promptly so we can review the account and transaction.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a recurring membership through the membership or checkout provider's available cancellation process. Cancellation stops future recurring billing, subject to the provider's processing rules.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, including duplicate charges, technical access problems, or other billing errors. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the nature and timing of the request.

How to request help

Email support@loadcalcprox.com with the email address used for the purchase and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
